WEAPON CHARGES
Experienced Counsel
Unsafe storage, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and other related charges can leave you with a criminal record and firearm consequences such as losing your firearm licence. An experienced criminal defence lawyer can sometimes negotiate a stay of the charges.

John's client worked in the mines. After a long 14 days in, he came home exhausted. M. K. consumed more alcohol than he ever had before while hanging out with some family friends.

Unfortunately, the drinking went out of control to point where John's client blacked out. Several witnesses said John's client beat the victim to a pulp which left the victim blind in one eye. The medical reports were scathing and difficult to argue against in a trial.

John's client was already on bail for other offences.

The Crown Attorney was looking a 2 year jail sentence even though John's client had no criminal record. John was able to secure a 2 year probation order with no restrictions which kept John's client working and free from jail.
